Introduction:The present research investigated the relationship between spiritual intelligence and educational leadership among educational of managers of Allameh Tabataba'i University . Method: The research was a correlational, descriptive field study. The research population consisted of all managers and vice presidents of the university, heads of departments and their deputies in the 93-94 school year the number is 34 tenure staff, Due to the limited number the whole thing was selected. A questionnaire, based on King’s spiritual intelligence questionnaire was used, with four factors(totaling to 24 items). For educational leadership, Luthans’ leadership questionnaire with 35 items was used. The reliability of instruments was approved by Chronbach alphas of %796 for spiritual intelligence and %724 for educational leadership.Results: The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and educational leadership learning (r=%319). Each dimensions of spiritual intelligence was significantly related, but there was no significant relationship between knowledge development dimension with educational leadership
